Model – VTO1008FH4A6000
The dosing pump is controlled by a microprocessor, a fixed stroke length, variable stroke frequency, and a diaphragm driven by electromagnets, which can be used to transport a variety of chemicals dosing.
The electromagnetic force drives the diaphragm motion in the pump head, and the pressure variations caused by the suction valve and discharge valve automatically open and close for chemical dosing.
The pump in 0.48-15.20 L/h range, and maximum output pressure of 8.2-1 .8 bar can adjust the flow according to the regulation of frequency.

The pump head is made of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). PVDF is a high-performance plastic known for its chemical resistance, durability, and ability to handle aggressive or corrosive chemicals, making it suitable for dosing highly corrosive fluids like acids, bases, or strong oxidizers.
PVC Head material is a PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The pump head comes into contact with the chemical being dosed, so it’s important that the material is chemically resistant to the fluid being used. PVC is a common material due to its resistance to corrosion and chemical degradation.
